  • “10/10 recommend! Great location near Commercial St, but not on top of it. You can walk or bike to everything. Very comfortable beds and linens. Clean, cute and cozy. Great indoor/outdoor spaces to hang. And there’s a great outdoor shower. I used it every day.”

    — Matt, Atlanta GA

  • We loved staying at Bryan’s place! It is in the perfect location right in downtown Ptown and was very spacious for the 5 of us. Bryan is also an excellent communicator and was extremely responsive. We will definitely be returning!

    — Serena, New York, NY

  • An incredible stay for a weekend in Ptown. Fantastic location with multiple parking lots within a quick walk and easy access to Commercial St just down the alley. The house is gorgeous, with lots of characters, all the space and amenities you need, including 2 patios! We all had a great time and hope to stay there again in the future!

    — Joshua, Providence RI

  • Phenomenal location and even better than the photos. Was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our group. Would return in the future without any hesitation! The outdoor shower, kitchen, and patio were highlights.

    —Rhae, Seattle, WA

  • Perfect vacation! The house is about as central as you can get while at the same time being tucked away off the street and offering a lot of privacy. Bryan was very responsive and the house itself was beautiful and very clean. Looking forward to the next visit!

  • Bryan's house in Ptown is so lovely! Perfectly located steps away from Commercial Street, but down a quiet path so you can be home in peace when you want it! The house is super charming, from the 1890s, but with all the modern amenities. Highly recommend!

    -Jason, New York, NY

  • I cannot recommend Bryan’s home more. The house is beautiful, clean and fit me and my four friends comfortably. The location is amazing and so is the lovely outdoor space. Bryan is super responsive and even let us check in a little early. We will definitely be back!

    -Jackson, New York, NY

  • Bryan was a fantastic host. Always very responsive and helpful, and the house is one of the best places we’ve stayed in Provincetown. So nice and private, nestled off the Main Street, and accessed by a charming pathway that leads right to commercial street, and central to everything. The place was clean and fully stocked with towels. We absolutely loved our stay here.

    -Steve, Hudson, NY

  • Bryan was an outstanding host! This home is such a gem. It is well located, right in the middle of things, yet it feels like a quiet oasis. It was magical. I have been coming to Provincetown for over a decade and this place may be my new favorite place to stay! Absolutely perfect
